Take one of your existing rings and a ruler, place the innermost diameter of the ring at point 0 on the scale as shown image below (Please make sure you place it exactly as shown in image)
Measure the internal diameter of your ring (in mm) it should match with the corresponding size in the ring chart below.
Be sure to use millimeters.

SHIPPING
- We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders(within India). International orders are chargeable as per location.
- It takes 5-7 days to receive the product from the time of dispatch.
- All tracking and courier details are provided to the customer post Dispatch.
HANDLING
Products are dispatched within 19 "working" days of placing the order.
This is not applicable for custom orders or orders where design is not provided by us.
RESIZING
Can a ring be re-sized?
Whether a ring can be re-sized or not depends on multiple factors like design, new ring size etc. So first please get in touch with our customer care via call/chat/email to confirm the same. They will guide you further.
How much will it cost?
- Depending on what is the new ring size required there might be increase or decrease in the cost of the ring.
- If there is an increase you will have to pay the difference via transfer/cod.
- If there is a decrease in cost then we will transfer you the differential amount.
- Shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
- This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
REPAIRS
- The first step is getting in touch with customer support & they will help you determine whether repairs are needed.
- Post that you will have to send the product back to us.
- On receiving the product we will provide you an estimate for the repairs, & post full payment the product will be repaired & sent back to you.
- The charges which would be determined by the company on case to case basis.
- Shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
- This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
We offer a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy on all purchases* made from Aadyaa Jewels. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges, taxes and Rs. 1,000 towards processing charges. If you received any discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.
Lifetime Exchange: If you choose to exchange your product, the value of the exchanged product will be credited to your Aadyaa Jewels account and you can purchase any other product with the same. The value cannot be encashed. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Aadyaa Jewels shall not be accepted for buy-back or exchange. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the value of the product after giving a justification for the same.
Lifetime Buy-Back: If you choose to return the product for buy-back, the buy-back value will be paid to you via bank transfer within 15 business days of receipt of the product.
Determination of Value of Exchange or Buy-Back –

**Processing Charges 2% or INR 1000 whichever is higher.
**20% Current market value will be deducted, and Current Market value will be determined on the date of buyback or exchange.
**3% GST will always be deducted.
Following Charges will be deducted for Buyback:
- Certification Charges : INR1500/ct
- HUID : INR 500
- Making Charges : INR 1500/gm
- Brand Packing : INR 1000
Amount will be credited in client account within 20 working days after submission of jewellery.
Buyback & Exchange is Subjected upto amount of 2 lacs or 4.99ct jewellry only !
No Refund, Return, Exchange for any customized jewellery or any jewellery amounting 2 lacs INR or above.
Additional Notes:
- 1. Buyback and exchange is not applicable on loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds.
- 2. Buyback and exchange is not applicable on polkis, pearls and colored stones.
- 3. Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for buyback/exchange.
- 4. Aadyaa Jewels products bought from any place other than Aadyaa Jewels stores or Aadyaa Jewels website will not be eligible for buyback/exchange.
- 5. In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/diamonds/stones/making charges value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price on the date of buyback/exchange and then buyback/exchange value will be calculated.
- 6. The e-Points/rewards/benefits used while placing an order will be deducted from the buyback/exchange value.
