We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders(within India). International orders are chargeable as per location.
It takes 5-7 days to receive the product from the time of dispatch.
All tracking and courier details are provided to the customer post Dispatch.

RESIZING

Can a ring be re-sized?

Whether a ring can be re-sized or not depends on multiple factors like design, new ring size etc. So first please get in touch with our customer care via call/chat/email to confirm the same. They will guide you further.

How much will it cost?

Depending on what is the new ring size required there might be increase or decrease in the cost of the ring.
If there is an increase you will have to pay the difference via transfer/cod.
If there is a decrease in cost then we will transfer you the differential amount.
Shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).

REPAIRS

The first step is getting in touch with customer support & they will help you determine whether repairs are needed.
Post that you will have to send the product back to us.
On receiving the product we will provide you an estimate for the repairs, & post full payment the product will be repaired & sent back to you.
The charges which would be determined by the company on case to case basis.
Shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
